My upper & lower eyelids is very itchy and dry with white bloated patches, and i suffering from any infections

One of the possibilities for your symptoms is blepharitis of the eyelids. Blepharitis is an ocular disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the eyelid margins. The other possibility is of seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the nose or anywhere on face.
