Mysterious skin rash

I first had noticed this disease as a light brown lesion about half the size of a pea in width. It was on my penis. I scratched it, and blood came out immediately. The next day two more appeared. Within three days it had appeared on my feet. The itching was worse than anything I could imagine. They seemed to be arranged in a linear fashion. They would create sores that lasted for up to 2 months. They progressively got bigger. In 3 to 4 months my entire body was covered with different size and shapes of these sores. They all had and still have the same characteristics when touched. I find them abnormal to anything I have seen because they create a deep sore. Even if I do not see a sore, if I touch an itchy spot my skin will bleed extremely easily. The disease has gone through stages, and I still have damaged skin from the largest sores. These sores got as big as a 10 cent piece. As I fortified my body with vitamins and proper diet they have seemed to recede. I have always noticed that they travel by contact. For example, I did not have any bumps on my face for at least 3 months. I had touched my face at one point and it traveled the next day. At one point I took sulfur showers as recommended by the doctor and it seemed to slow the disease but not stop it. The doctor prescribed me Lindane and it stopped all the sores on my body for maybe 2 days. The bumps create discolored scar tissue. They take a long time to heal. They create sores which seem profoundly deep. It is extremely contagious. They seem to go as far as on the lip and in the mouth rarely. It goes through stages and they migrate. It creates a severe allergic reaction. Now they show as either normal pimples, or raised bumps that when scratched cause a severe allergic reaction. The only two substances that have any effect on this disease are Sulfur and household bleach. With bleach, I have slowed this disease to where I thought it was gone but it always comes back. I cannot use either of these in my mouth so I believe I am at a stand-still. After fortifying my body multivitamins and healthy foods, the disease has improved. I am trying to switch diets to see if it is a food allergy to no avail. I do not know how to diagnose this. If I can be given some reasonable possibilities to get them checked out. I have been told I had scabies but another dermatologist says the burrows do not exist and my rash is not consistent with scabies. Please help

Forgot to add, my IgE levels are 1251. That's really high as the average if I remember correctly is around 250. This could indicate an allergy but it seems more like a parasitic infection.

Thank you for your patience and time. I appreciate all responses.

Update: The dermatologist declared it is not any sort of skin problem. He referred me to an Internal Medicine doctor who said my thyroid needs be examined for growths or any abnormalities. After some quick research, the symptoms I've been experiencing are nowhere near those of thyroid malfunction. In any case they are convinced it's an allergy despite what I say. I even wrote exactly what is written above on a piece of paper and showed them. The only comment I received was, "it could also be stress".

I went to work today and overheard my colleague talking to her boyfriend and girlfriend about how she has a new rash that she says makes it impossible to even sit. She has been itching for a few weeks now, in the same manner as I have been. She says it's getting worse and she has to see a doctor. Her skin exhibits the same symptoms of mine, even though I am weary of speaking to her about it. This confirms my doubts about this being a simple allergy. After all, this would be the 6th person to contract it from me.

The most important part of this discussion:
What on earth could this be? It has multiple stages that seem to get better with time, but I am afraid it may be migrating internally. I came across a disease called Pinta. It can be detected by means of a syphilis exam. I need to find out the broadest spectrum of possibilities to find out exactly what I'm dealing with, since no doctor seems knowledgeable. My future is hinged on curing this disease. Please help.

Even norwegian scabies should be explored. Norwegian scabies is a severe form of scabies and is also called as crusted scabies. It is mostly found in individuals with compromised immune system and thus allowing for the infestation of an individual with hundreds of thousands of the mites. Lesions are found all over the body and may spread all over the body. The elbows, knees, palms, scalp, and soles of the feet are most commonly the original sites of involvement, and the scaly areas eventually take on a wart-like appearance.

Hello,
Such a contagious rash can be due to scabies or fungal infection. Scabies is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

STD tests were negative as of  5 months ago. Blood tests show an allergy is present. Stool tests show negative for known parasites. Scabies treatment has failed multiple times.
