Mystery Bumps

It started out as just a few. Now there are many. They are tiny little bumps all over the shaft of my penis and the head. Some are pink in color and others the same as my skin. I have been tested and looked at by a doctor and STD's have been ruled out. I am running out of ways of finding out. I have not found anything to match yet.
The ones on my shaft look like little bumbs and have a hard center (almost if you had a small bb or small pebble under your skin), and the ones on the head of my penis are bigger and now hard but more pink.
