Navel Piercing Rash

I got my navel pierced approximately a week ago, and I've developed a rash around my piercing. I clean it two times a day as directed, but I still have this rash. At first I thought i was reacting to the Bacitracin they gave me, so I changed the antiseptic ointment I was using. Unfortunately, it hasn't gone away, and has only spread. It's a red, bumpy rash. Is there any products I could use to help the rash heal, or anything else I should do? I'd rather not go to my doctor unless it's completely necessary.
