Need Help

Okay here is my situation on July 6 had first oral sex encounter in over year.  It consisted of about 10 seconds total with not full penis in the mouth just head for seconds.  Then a quick lick of the tip of penis.  Next day masturbated in shower.  Almost immediatly I started feeling a burning sensation on the head and skin of penis.  I have been diagonosed with Jock Itch in the past so thats what i thought it was.  so for about 2 weeks was treated it with 1%terbifine powder and was not seeing any improvement.  On July 14th I also started noticing if my penis was not burning i would get a tingling sensation on my penis almost like i needed to pee and even when I peed it was there.  Also when walking would feel like something was coming out of penis but when check underwear nothing.  Anyway  a week later started using ZEASORB (Miconzole Nitrate 2%) since I figured had Male yeast infection and have read this works better.  I would use it twice a day and after about two weeks the burning started to go away substatnially.  Well as of today I have some burning  on the bottoms of shaft of penis but not bad at all and when it does not burn i get that feeling of tinging on penis head and or feel like i need to pee.  I have not had any type of discharge that I know of or it never has hurt to pee.  I also have noticed white patches of dry skin around penis head under the circumsision scar.  Also my penis does get shiny and stick from time to time.  My question is does this sound like fungal infection or something else?  Has anyone experienced these types of sysmptoms.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
The symptoms are suggestive of balanoposthitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist. Till then please continue using the topical and oral antifungal and antimicrobial drugs as they are necessary for treatment.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
