Need Your Help ASAP

I have horrible facial hair on my chin and neck.  I have used everything from creams, bleach, razors.  I have dark shadows on my neck now and its almost impossible to cover it up.  It causes a large amount of stress and I have been having anxiety attacks because of it, its hard for me to leave the house.  I have no income right now, due to a previous medical problem.  I could use some advice.  I am only 23 and this problem has scared away every guy that I have met since it's been this bad.

Have you got your endocrine studies done?Best to get them whenever you can would give an idea about the condition so that treatment modalities can be considered.
