Need assistance identify a rash

Have a rash in armpits.  Left side is in the armpit and down a bit inside of my arm.  Right side has couple of spots down below the armpit and inside of the arm.  Have had it several weeks, not real sure.  Very itchy/kinda painful.  Tried to get into dermatologist, can't get me in until mid October.  I do have several autoimmune diseases and I take a medication that lowers my immunity.
I did try benadryl cream, hydrocortisone cream, and then some cream I have for eczema.  Nothing working.
Any thoughts here?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The possibility of intertrigo needs to be ruled out from your symptoms. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Meant to include I am taking a medication that is once a month, have had maybe 3 doses, wondered if this might be allergic reaction to the medication.
