Need some Help

Thanks for this service! Sept. 15 unprotected sex with friend...I was a virgin before this..she had 5 previous partners but claims she has no std..couple days after start to feel discomfert on penis..no dishcharge or painful pee..2 months after encounter i see my dr. he sees nothing out of ordinary, but i have hiv, syphillis, and hep test done...all negative...start to have sex with new girlfriend..she has only one partner before me..one time protected sex with him..girlfriend i and i have protected and unprotected sex...3 months after encounter with questionable girl i wake up with more pain in penis then usual..i look down and glans on penis appear to be very inflammed..i consult my dr. and he sends me to a urologist...the urologist claims that everything is normal...i order herpes select blood test to be sure...negative
for types 1 and 2...its been almost three months since my glans become this way...there is discomfert everyday...sometimes it is an extreme burning sensation and sometimes it is just a mild tingling..also there are three red spots on my glans that are only visible with erections..they have been there all 3 months with no change..they are very small and u can not feel them when u rub the skin..in addition the skin on my penis head seems for wrinkled then ever before..my main questions are..
1. do u think i have warts
2. what is causing this constant burning/discomfert
3. Is there something i can use for it without going to the doctor again
4. do u think its an std or something from bacteria/fungus

2. Probably anxiety.
3. Just moisture lotion.
4. No, not an STD or a fungus.
If the pain persists, you should see the urologist again. The small red spots sound like nothing, and the wrinkling you see has no doubt always been there, but only now that you're worried are you looking so closely. Best not to.

Anxiety always seems to be the answer...do you really think that anxiety is causing this pain and discomfert on a daily basis?
