Need some help with Marks and Spots

I seem to have a few marks on my skin that I would like to treat with OVER THE COUNTER products.  I have included pictures with some descriptions to help you guys help me take care of these spots/scars.

This mark is on my face by my nose it is slightly raised but you can barely tell it is...I don't have great sensation when I put my hand over it.  It was from acne and doesn't seem to want to even fade with the mederma cream I have used for the last few months.  Is there anything else over the counter that will help treat this?

I am not sure what this is at all but it is raised considerably and its pretty hard.  I don't think it could be from acne since its on my arm and its been like that for a really long time.

What is the best OVER THE COUNTER treatment for these marks/scars/spots?  I don't care if it is going to take multiple products I just want to speed up the recovery time and hopefully rid myself of these marks.
