Need some kind of 2nd opinion Please

I have a row of bumps 3 of them on my upper middle lip line. been there with no change for 6 or 7 months, doc thought it was herpes but the culture came back negative, so??????????????????? also I was told I have hpv, 2 months ago, not sure if that helps, but the doc gave me some mouth wash stuff and no change, someone please give me an idea. thanks
also the doc saw them i didnt think it was hpv so .

From the symptoms it can be clogged pores, sebaceous cysts, HPV warts or cold sores due to HSV( less likely). Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. For this I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. HPV warts and cold sores are contagious and hence please contact soon.
