Needs for good Treatment on skin problem

Three months before i started with very small tiny red/pink dots developed on skin below neck & on shoulder which cause sometimes itch & since now it is spreading slowly.ONE month after infection I had undergone treatment using SKIN CREAM named:EUMOSONE-M(Clobetasone Butyrate & Miconazole Nitrate),& it got totally under control upto its usage.But then it stats again in one week as soon as my treatment completed.SO please tell me Good treatment, so that my skin problem will be over.

How long did you take the treatment?

Does the condition increase or decrease with sun exposure?

It is best that you show this to a doctor and understand what it is and what prompted it to recur.
