New mole or something on penis head

Anyone know what this could be i was thinking that it could be a new mole, but am unsure, i shouldnt have an std as i havent been sexualy active for a very long time, but its worrying me im not sure how long it has been there probably max a couple of months, its flat and there is a slight discouloration next too it, its darkish brown / grey color. there is a slight itch but that could be because i keep touching it.

Despite the picture suggesting otherwise the size of this mole or whatever is about 1 or 2 mm in size.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cysts or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
