Non-itchy Bumps on my Back and upper arms, Please Help!

I am going crazy with not knowing what is going on with my skin. I have always had great skin and never had acne and I'm 26 year old. For the past 6 months or so I have had problems with raised bumps that do not itch or anything and some look like they could be a white heads; but when i try to pop them they are not white heads. They started on my back and then I noticed them on my upper arms and chest. I have also had a problem with "sun spots" on my back and chest to before and had that treated with anifungal medication. I didn't know if that had anything to do with it or not. My face has started to break out more often too? I don't know whats going on and I can't afford to see a specialist right now with no insurance. Thank you so much, I am freaking out because my skin is starting to scar from the bumps and it's really depressing.

These bumps can be due to folliculitis skin. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. It starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle.

Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
