Not sure if this is a cyst...

so, i dont know what this is. I dont think it is a pilonidal cyst and here is why:
It is not red, it does not hurt (unless you press really hard [and i mean really hard]), no pus or anything, no swelling, no irritation.

..and yes, it is at the top of the crack to the left. but like i said. it doesn't really match any descriptions.

Pilonidal cyst is a cyst right over the coccyx area. In this the skin becomes reddened or even sometimes looks like a small bruise)When it is infected, it causes pain. Antibiotics or surgical drainage may be required. I suggest you to get a physical examination done from a dermatologist.
