Not sure what it is, Help

I have really small pimple like bumps arround the head of my penis, they dont hurt, itch or anything else, some of them dry off and i just remove the dry skin, i have had this problem for about a year, i never done nothing about it because like i said they dont bother me for anything i do, i have never had sexual intercorse of anykind so im thinking is some kind of wierd bacteria or infection. Please Help Thank You.

Pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.
