Obtaining medical opinion for razor that fights ingrown hairs

I represent a company that manufacturers a rechargeable razor that claims to greatly minimize razor bumps among men and women who use the razor that routinely suffer from this condition. If you know of any resources that I can contact to assist me in commissioning a study to issue a medical opinion on the effectivenss of this product, I would greatly appreciate it. I am working on a marketing plan to expose this product to people suffering from razor bumps; especially in the African American community where the condition is prevelent.
