Odd Color on Skin

Today I noticed a small yellow looking, almost looks like the beginning ob a "black & Blue" mark on upper thigh about 6 inches to the left of my genital are.  There is also another similar mark underneath my right rib cage.  They are both about 1 inch in length and a 1/2 in wide.  Neither one hurts.  Not sure how long they have been there. I think they're probably bruises.  Can't think of other conditions which would produce such large spots so fast (you could hardly overlook spots that size in visible locations very long.)

People generally don't recall the kind of minor trauam which produces bruising.  By the time you see the bruise, you can't recall the bump that produced it.

My advice is ti wait a week.  By then the spots should be gone.  If they worsen or spread, you could see a doctor then, but more than likely you won't need to.
