Odd hair-like/blackhead-like things on my chin.

I have a lot of facial hair. I do have several thick hair on my chin that I pluck regularly. But I also get these black dots under my skin. And when I squeeze them it looks like very tiny black hairs come out. It is not ingrown hairs. Does anyone know what they are? And what I can do to get rid of them?

Hello! The only thing I know that will stop that is going to a Dermatologist doctor if you can afford it, and have them Lazer your chin. There might be other ways but I don't know of any. ;) Wish you the best.
