Odd pimpleson the back of my arms

I have these odd pimples that keep sprouting on the back of my arms, mostly the upper arm. I pop them just like I would a normal pimple and what comes out is usually unlike pimple yuck, but instead it's sort of stringy and hard. I am not sure what they are, but they don't hurt or anything, more just annoying bumps. Anyone else get this or know anything about it?

These pimples can be due to folliculitis or clogged pores. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Topical antibiotics such as Neosporin are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
