Old Wart w/a New Rash Surrounding It

Hi, first time poster ...

I've had this wart on my wrist for more than a year, it's never really concerned me ... what's concerning me is this new rash surrounding it.

It started out as a couple of little, tiny, tiny bumps ... then it just kinda turned into a full circle around my wart. I've tried anti-fungal cream thinking it was ringworm, even some Neosporin and cortizone as well. Started sprouting since about this weekend. No topical treatments have really worked. It's not spreading anymore, though.

The thing is, though, it's painless and it doesn't itch at all. Only looks red in a certain light as well. Looks glossy in the pic cause I put some Neosporin on it.

Any advice would be awesome. Thanks.

While they look like 'Molluscum contagiosum', I am not certain, not being able to see central umbilication(central dot).
Get them removed by your derm or doc and biopsied too.

One more thing ... they're not puss filled either. It's not oozing, nothing. I mean, these bumps are just amazingly tiny.

Also, I should say that the bumps look white-ish to yellow in the pic. They're most certainly not that color. They actually don't really have any color at all. They kinda just blend in w/the tone of my skin w/a little redness.
