On my inner thighs and in my armpit

I have multiple spots and lines on my inner thighs and my left armpit. The largest is about 1.5 in. long and 0.25 inch wide. The marks are smooth to the touch and are indented in my skin. The color is light red to dark purple. It's been a couple months and the marks haven't shown any sign of going away and I'm getting a little worried. There is no pain or irritation, it just looks weird. I don't know how seriously to take this, so any advice could be helpful, thanks.
