One Red Bump

Right before the head of my penis, I have a very small red bump, about once a month, it appears to get dry and and peels off in the shower, afterwards for a few days the one red bump is slightly red, it's only one bump, it doesn't hurt, it's smaller than the point of a ball point pen, I mean it's very small. nothing about it hurts, I was with my ex for two years, and she was tested several times, and came up clean everytime.

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub,folliculitis or cyst.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
