One more questions about spots...

I was tired of looking at these supposed cysts on my penis, so i thought if i kept a warm compress on my penis in the shower everyday, it would help them be less noticable.  So i cleaned my penis and the surrounding area with Dial soap.

Well when i got out of the shower my penis and the spots looked much better.  Less noticable i guess.  Well the next day, i found another spot.  This time, though, it was on the tip or glans (glands) of my penis.  On the left side about half way up.  It appears to be similar to the other 5 or 6 on the shaft of my penis.

I'm assuming this is the same sort of spot?  Maybe it's not.  But i don't know why it popped up after i took a shower and left the area very clean.  I can't help but believe these are either cysts or hpv.  I'm worried that these spots will be on my penis forever and will just accumulate til there are more then just the 7 or so now.  I know if they're just small cysts that a derm won't remove them if they're not painful.  But what can i do? Do i just have to let them build up?

I'm pretty self conscious and i can't get passed my penis looking so odd.  It's not always bad, but when there's a 2mm or so red spot on the tip of my penis, i don't want to have to describe to girls why and what is there.

Should i even bother going to the derm?  Is there anything they can do to make the spots stop coming back?  I have good hygiene. I shower at least once a day and don't do any activity to where i'd make the skin so sweaty.

So what do you say doc?  Should i see a derm or just leave the spots alone?  I'm just afraid they're going to just keep coming back.  Even when i tried to clean  the area one pops up on the tip of my penis!  I'm so frustrated.

The middle picture shows cysts.  These are normal parts of the anatomy.  You should ignore them.

As much as I can tell from the others, the spots on the head of the penis are mild irritation.  They do not look like herpes or anything else contagious.

You really have to stop staring at your penis, and you will need to come to terms with the way penises look, because they do.

If you need further reassurance, please leave any spots alone and show them to a dermatologist.  Once you get in-person reassurance, I urge you to accept it and move on.

hey doc simalar to this 2 i've been having this rash/irration for the past month or so its white bumps i wouldnt call them blisters but there really small and there all over my scrotum which caused it to be red it was only on the left side of my scrotum and i was treating it with over the counted jock itch spray well it worked but ever week it would come back for a day or two and just leave and my scrotum would be normall as the day i was born the irration doesnt hurt much at all only if its been there for a few days but when i take a shower and wash my scrotum the little white things bust and it doesnt hurt and then it drys up and goes away pretty much so how do i cure this or is this a std doc my g/f is scared kinda and latley her vigina (vagina) has been hurtin a little she says well this is the best i could discribe my symptoms so please doc help me out thank you

Ihave pimple like spots on the skin of my penis. they do not itch yet or hurt had them before doc said it was dermatitus. I am really worried about this ive been to a doc and he like i said said it was dermatitus . Please any response would be appr.
