Open sores

Hello

I have these open sores on my underarm. They sart as just red painful bumps and then they turn into open sores, they look like there is an actual hole in my skin. They are pretty small but they bleed and have like a mucas come out of them when they turn into open holes. They have lasted a month now and havent gone away. Is it an infection, or skin irritation? I have no idea and need some help.

I don't know.. maybe it's something that has to do with ingrown hairs that are just more irritated than usual

There is a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa.  It is very painful.  Do a search on it for more information.
