Oval rash on neck below slightly below Adam's Apple

I have an oval rash on my neck slightly below the Adam's Apple.  It comes and goes. I've had it for one week.  The rash is about one inch long, slightly clear in the center.  Could this be a reaction to a medication I am taking: Wellbutrin, Seroquel, Claritin, Nasalcort, Serevent, MaXair?

Joan:

A single, itermittent oval is not likely to be a drug reaction.  It may well be a nonspecific form of eczema.  Try over-ther-counter 1% hydrocortisone twice a day.  If that doesn't bring rapid relief, I suggest you see a dermatologist.

Best.
