Oxistat caused loose, wrinkly penis skin

I recently applied Oxistat, an anti-fungal cream to the head of my penis and caused my skin to become loose and wrinkly.  I think my skin had a bad chemical reaction to Oxistat.  Is there any way to restore my skin back to original?

Hi,

Oxistat contain the antifungal active compound oxiconazole nitrate. The side effects observed may include any of the following:  pruritus, burning, irritation and allergic contact dermatitis, erythema  and papules (ref: http://www.rxlist.com/oxistat-drug.htm).  It is important that you discontinue the medication if any of the above mentioned effects is present.  Due to the very delicate location, have this evaluated by your dermatologist for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important.

I really appreciate your quick response to my issue.  I have discontinued use of Oxistat but the strong chemical reaction has left my penis skin in a bad shape.  The skin is very loose, wrinkled and rough.  I am really devastated by this and hope that there is a way to restore my skin back to original.  I am hoping to go back to the dermatologist next week.  Thank you very much.

I saw the dermatologist today and he said that Oxistat has dried up my skin.  He told me to apply Vanicream on the affected areas.  However, I still feel that my skin is very loose right now.  Does the dry skin cause the skin to become loose?  and will Vanicream restore the skin back to the original (not loose)?
