I posted this into another forum but i doubt I'll be getting help there, as it hasn't been posted in for about 5-6 years. I talk about things the other forum started so just try to catch on...
sounds like jockJock itch itch(happens in the summerSummers eve anti-itch when that area is sweaty and hotter than usual). you need a topical antifungal. avoid touching as you can spread it and make it worse. if you use an over the counter jock itch medicine for a week, by the instructions with no improvement, then you'll need to see a doctor.
