PITYRIASIS ROSEA.

I recently went to the doctors because i've had spots all over my stomach they've been there for around 3 weeks and mostly on my stomah and on my sholders.He told me it was PITYRIASIS ROSEA. He told me its not contagious or deadly but theres nothing i can do about it.But i woke up and there was 2-4 in total on my feet.
Im scared what if the doctor was wrong and its Syphilis.
I've never had sexual activities but im still scared D:

Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

No treatment is usually required. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
