PLEASE HELPP!!

hi i had unprotected sex 11 months ago and had a herpeselct igg test at 8 months post exposure...7 months after the episode i was masterbating (masturbating) with a dry towel and vigoursly stimulating mysefl. 2 days later i developed a rash that now at 5 months has never left..it is persistant and my foreskin itches very much...i have been to the dermatologist and they assure me its not herpes..they gave me nizoral cream to rule out fungus, but it didnt work...then when i went for another visit they diagnosed me with sebboraic dermatitis...i was wondering what can i used 2 make this go away and will it ever go away and could the towel and vigours rubbing brought this condition on???

i hate tried, nizoral, bactroban, vitamin e cream, and hydrocortizone and they havent worked..


please i would appreciate it if anyone could help
