I sincerely appreciated your quick response and kind attention and please kindly be informed that I have already discussed with my engage and she spontaneously explained to me that her mother suffered too much in the past with the disease and healed after a long period of time and also her aunt (Mother's sister) still suffered depending on medicinal plant (Cumin) to decrease symptoms. I indicated it is hereditary and related to females only. Am I correct.

Once again I indeed appreciate your concern and you make me feel comfort.
I think her type is delayed pressure urticaria (appeared after a gentle pressure and persist for 6-8 hrs)

With best personal regards.;

I'm not a doctor, there is one on this forum who may help you but I did find information for you.
Pressure Urticaria is where welts are formed from areas where pressure is applied consistantly. there are multiple types of Urticaria where things like sun, cold, and other reactants cause the hivings

Please make sure to type in normal font. Delayed pressure urticaria is a type of chronic hives called physical urticaria because the hives are caused by a certain stimulus on the body. In this case, the stimulus is pressure that's applied to the skin. Delayed pressure urticaria is common. One investigator found that 37% of people with chronic hives had this type of urticaria.

Areas of the body that often develop delayed pressure urticaria include:

Under the waistband of tight clothes
Under the elastic part of socks
Buttocks after sitting for a long time on a hard surface
Feet in tight shoes
Soles of feet after walking or climbing a ladder
Palms after manual labor
Appearance
The hives of delayed pressure urticaria are deeper and more painful than hives caused by other stimuli and they start 2 to 6 hours after pressure is applied to the body. The hives last from 8 to 72 hours and many people get a low-grade fever, fatigue, chills, muscle aches, and headaches with the hives. The disease is chronic, lasting on average for 9 years.
Diagnosis
Delayed pressure urticaria is diagnosed based on the appearance of the rash in areas where pressure has been applied to the skin. No lab tests help diagnose this physical urticaria.
Treatment
Delayed pressure urticaria can be a disabling disease. Avoiding pressure to the skin is difficult. It involves not sitting or standing on hard surfaces for prolonged periods of time and not wear tight clothing. Many people require oral corticosteroids to control symptoms

gentle pressure such as that that occurs during kissing and other activities may be fine, it may just be things like sitting that cause problems. Speak to your spouse to be about your quesions, maybe she can offer you clearer answers.
I suggest you continue your marriage preparations, for treatment her doctor needs to do a search for anything that might cause an allergic reaction which would result in the welts on her skin.  The welts can be suscesfully treated with an antihystamine.

it is NOT Hereditary, so you shouldn't have any fear of having children. Ask to accompany her to a doctors a ppointment or ask your doctor yourself if your needing
