Pain and rashing

right i have had it for a few days now.
it started off as a little red rash on my penis and now its less visible but all over the head but now i am getting pain around the end of my penis and the bit connecting the forskin and penis together.
i think it may be due to the cold and irritation.
But i had unprotected sex with my gf before it happened and this is why i started to worry so much.
i have been looking around for answers but cases seem more serious than mine does so i couldnt be sure.
she has also been experiencing pains in her stomach (muscle contractions) and pain in her back(slightly).
any suggestions?
