Pain in urethra, no stds

Hi, 3 months ago I hurt the tip of my penis and maybe the urethra too while having protected vaginal sex. I had unprotected oral sex too. The following days I felt pain while passing urine and there was a little drop at the end of the urethra. After a week the pain while passing urine was gone but there was still a little pain and an itchy feeling at the end of the urethra, plus the little drop when I didn't pee for a longer time or when I woke up. The lady had no problems. I've been checked for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, Non-Specific Urethritis and bladder infection - all negative. I had been given antibiotics before the results came back. After some time I was checked again for the same bacteria plus mycoplasmas, ureaplasmas and PCR CPR+GO - All negative. I got checked by a urologist - everything fine.

After three months the problem is still there. Are there any bacterias or mycosis that can cause this? Could I hurt my urethra? What should I do?

I used different soaps and no difference.

Maybe it's the soap you're using?
