Painful, White, Unpoppable bumps

Hello, I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, Interstitial Cystitis, and a Chron's like disease along with low thyroid and anxiety. I take medicine for all of these. However about 3 to 4 months after I started Humeria I started getting horrible joint swelling, and muscle and tendon pain. Along with it I started developing these bumps. I can't pop them, they can be any size but tend to show up or get worse in spots I press on a lot. They are white but the skin around is red. They are hard and tender and are painful. After a few days they suddenly disappear but leave a mark that looks almost like they 'popped' and the center is hard but almost unnoticeable. Any ideas? I had one that showed up today that is the size of a dime.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know how I was doing. I got a skin biopsy done and it showed that I have Sweet's Syndrome or acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis. Thankfully since I am already on immunosurpressants already it should clear up on its own.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination,I cannot confirm a diagnosis but it can be molluscum contacgiosum or warts.Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin and presents as multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug.

You should get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

--Also the skin is smooth and clear with no noticeable differences other than being raised. The small bumps don't always fuse to make big bumps either.
