Pale, wrinkly Hand

My 2 year old son woke up with a pale, cold wrinkly right hand.  He did pee in his bed and we think he may have slept on it, causing the lack of circulation / coloring?  The coloring is getting back to normal.  It looked similar to being in a cold pool for a long time.  Fingertips still look a little like raison wrinkles.  Any Suggestions?

This wrinkling of the hand of child could have been due to keeping the hand in moisture for a long period of time or he could have slept on it. There is nothing to worry about. Just keep his hands well moisturized and pat them dry.
