I don't think the steroid has anything to do with this development.
As time passes, our skin becomes blotchier in a variety of patterns, of which yours is one. Not much to be done. We don't have good creams to add pigment, so far as I know.

effectiveEffective strength cough syrup anti-pigment cream that's better than those previously available.
Otherwise, there's makeup.
