Sorry there is no picture attached. It is not possible to confirm anything merely on the basis of a picture. A clinical examination is must for correct clinical diagnosis. It seems that you are suffering from atopic dermatitis. The symptoms of atopic dermatitis vary from person to person. In atopic dermatitis on the palm there is an increased number and depth of skin lines or hyper linearity on the palms with little redness .Allergens like products from foods, animals, or plants can trigger the immune system to overreact, causing an inflammatory response seen in atopic dermatitis. Keep your skin well moisturized. Avoid scratching. Consult a dermatologist for specific treatment. Keep us posted.
Best luck and regards!
