Paranoid i have herpes

I got diagnosed with gonorrhea and was treated for both gonorrhea and chlamydia just to be safe. However, i just took the medication last week and last night i still experienced some burning around the vagina. It doesnt just burn when i pee but will randomly just start burning. I have some white under the skin bumps and i dont know if they have always been there. I looked at pictures of herpes and warts and it doesnt look like pictures but im not sure if its just a really mild case?
