Patch of tiny White Bumps on Penis Foreskin

Hi, I am 27 years old, I have only had sex once, protected with condom, and it was a year ago. Today, though I noticed I had extremely tiny patches of white bumps on the foreskin of my penis. They do not hurt, and they do not itch, I do not even notice them unless I look really close under alot of light, it maybe nothing but hopefully I can get some answers here. I attached a pic, which maybe helpful. I do have a tiny amount of pearly penile papules in the front, but this would not be on the foreskin right? Thanks...

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be sebaceous prominence or rash due to friction rub. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
