Patches on forehead: either dry skin or clogged pores?

Hello, for the past few months, I've had patches on my forehead that feel like dry skin but look like clogged pores. I can't get the pores to unclog which makes me think its NOT clogged pores, but unlike dry skin, its not flaking or coming off if I run my nail over it. I just realized that I do have some milia on either side of my face, but while those were easy to identify, this patch is not. There are also some other small patches of the same thing on my cheeks. From far away, it seems like just a red patch of skin, but when I look very closely and stretch my skin a bit, there are white dots all over the patches.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not what it is considering there is NO flaking or scaling.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It sounds like seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin condition that causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas esp under the nose or anywhere on face. You can treat flaking and dryness with over-the-counter dandruff or medicated shampoos. Shampoo the hair vigorously and frequently (preferably daily). Active ingredients in these shampoos include salicylic acid, coal tar, zinc, resorcin, ketoconazole, or selenium.

If the symptoms persist, then it would be best to get it confirmed from a dermatologist
I hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
