Patholgy Report Quesrtion

I had a 2nd mole biopsy done several weeks ago following a previous biopsy with mild to moderate melanocytic cytologic atypia.

The report reads: Proliferation of melanocytes along the dermal-epidermal junction as solitary units and variably sized nests that are concentrated along the sidea and tips of elongated rete ridges. Arhcitectural disorrder is noted and focal mild to moderate cytologica atypia is observed but there is no significant pategoid spread. There is mild perviscular chronic inflamation (inflammation) with melanophages. Margins are negative.

I get the impression the results are atypical, but not of serious concern given that there is no pagetoid spread. Is this correct? can someone help me clarify the results please? I have been waiting to hear back from my physician, but am anxious for an answer. Thank you!
