Pearly Penile Papules Removal

Is there a safe, reliable way to remove these scourges from my penis? Is CO2 laser treatment effective? PS. Please don't respond with the typical response of "Accept them; they're part of you." These papules are unsightly and I want them gone for cosmetic reasons, for my peace of mind.

Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans (glands) penis.

Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.

Thanks for the response. But I am curious about how commonly these papules appear in men. Do they occur frequently enough so that women know about them?
