Pearly Penile Papules

I'm a 25 year old male and i noticed small bumps at the ring of my penis head. I looked online at it seems like pearly penile papules. I know it won't cause much a problem but i want to find out what is it's cause. I masturbate and have intercourse frequently. Could these bumps be a result of irritated skin? If i stop will it subside?

Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans (glands) penis.They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body. Masturbation has no relation to it.

For pearly penile papules ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions.Pls discuss these treatment options with a dermatologist.
