Peeled Fingers

My fingers are missing some thickening. Both my middle finger and my ring finger, also right under my middle finger.The spot under my middle finger started out as a blister, and when the blister popped my skin pulled back and some hard skin began to grow their. When a doctor gave some shots to numb my finger after a couple of days those shot holse began to split open. the top layer of my skin has been removed from this areas. Now only hard skin grows in.If some one could please help, i would appreciate it.
