Hey, I've had the exact same thing my entire life. I'm 28 years old now.  Once I grew up and moved next to the ocean, it went away. Seems the higher humidity helped a lot.  One thing I found was Fish Oil can really help too.  It has anti-inflammatory properties that inhibit the skin on my hands from peeling.  I normally take 2g/day.  I know what you're going through.  Good luck and take care.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
One possibility that comes to my mind is of exfoliative keratolysis. The first sign is one or more superficial air-filled blisters on the fingers or palms. The blisters burst to leave tender, circular areas. The symptoms are aggravated by exposure to irritants including water, soap, detergents and solvents. Treatment includes protection from irritants, emollients hand creams and phototherapy in severe cases.

I would suggest you to treat the skin on your hands with the same care as the skin on your face. During the day, hydrate and protect hands from sun damage and sunspots with a protective and moisturizing cream. At night, repair them with creams formulated from glycolic acid—a must for improving skin texture and tone. For a more intensive nighttime treatment, apply cream and then cover hands with gloves or socks. Also wear gloves while doing household work.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
