yeast infection for quite some time now,
i put clotrimazole cream and a little bit of vinegar on it...it has gotten better but still red...
should i go to the doctor again or should i continue with what i was doing....i have had this for about
4 or 5 months and i am sure its not any Stds.

cruris. Wash the area and then dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. It is important that the skin is not damp because the damp skin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day.
Also apply topical antifungals like Lamisil or Monistat. Severe cases may need oral antifungals for which I suggest you to consult a dermatologist.
