Penile Pigment

Good day, everyone!

I have this brown pigmentation on the head of my penis (glans (glands)). I've attached a photo so everyone could see how it looks like. It's been there eversince, and it's just now that I'm researching about it. My doctor who circumcised me didn't seem to notice it. So does the doctors who performed physical examinations on me. I never raised it up to them before because I thought it was just a normal pigmentation or a birthmark. Can anyone give me a peace of mind? I hope this isn't a symptom for something. It doesn't bother me at all. It's not raised, it doesn't hurt nor itch, or anything.

It looks like normal harmless hyperpigmented skin. There is nothing to worry about it. If you notice changes in the spot’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.
