If it's shaped like a cauliflower, it could be a wart. Of course it could also be a cyst or something else unimportant. I suggest you not apply anyhting potentially irritating (like wart remover) and show your doctor so you can find out for sure. A single wart (if that's what it is) is easy to remove in a single session. A cyst may not have to be removed at all.
