Penile Warts?

I hope you can help..I have had a bump/lump on the right side of my penis for about 2yrs. It is not painful and started out small.When it first appeared,I mistakenly applied an OTC wart removal product,it did not help except make it bigger. Now it is static in size and sometimes flakes skin. It is not cauliflower shaped and when pressed or squeezed I can feel a lump under the skin. What do you think? The color btw is light pink.

If it's shaped like a cauliflower, it could be a wart. Of course it could also be a cyst or something else unimportant. I suggest you not apply anyhting potentially irritating (like wart remover) and show your doctor so you can find out for sure. A single wart (if that's what it is) is easy to remove in a single session. A cyst may not have to be removed at all.
