Penis Irritation on Tip

I had sex with a new partner on Thursday.  We used a condom the whole time.  She gave me a *******, we had intercourse and then a handjob.  After we finished, I removed the condom, disposed of it and wiped myself off...

When I woke up the next morning, I felt an irritation around the tip of my penis, although I couldn't locate it exactly.  It's Tuesday now (5 days later) and I still feel the irritation, but can't really see anything.  If I look hard, I can see a little red spot (very tiny) around the opening...but I'm not sure if it's only because I'm trying to find something.  Throughout the day, I will feel the irritation if my penis rubs against my underwear.  It doesn't hurt, but I definitely feel something unusual.

I know most STD's won't surface for another couple of weeks, but I was wondering if this could be something.  Do you think I'm being paranoid?  Or is this something I should really be worried about?

From the symptoms it can be chafing or irritation due to friction rub. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
