Penis Problem

I am 15 years old and i havent had sex with anybody, but for about two years now ive had a rash on the shaft of my penis and a small orange-ish dot on the tip of my head. i have no idea what this is and again i havent had any kinds of sexual relation.
Any suggestions on what this is or how to cure it would really be helpful.

What colour is it?

Does it itch?

Is the rash scaly?

Does it involve the whole shaft or just parts of it?

Hi,

Differentials for this will be a dermatitis, fungal infection and psoriasis. I suggest that you inform your parents about this so they may guide you in setting an appointment with your physician. This does not sound like it needs immediate intervention however it is best to have this assessed early on.

Is this rash recent in onset or is this something that you have noted for months already?

How would you describe this rash?

Are there small blisters or bumps which contain fluid?

Is there scaling or white lines on the surface?

Do you have rash in other areas of the body such as the ears ,scalp ,knees and elbows?

The rash is red and it doesnt itch whatsoever, it is only in the bottom part of the shaft. I have no idea how i got it and i was really wondering.
And the rash has been there for a while now, and no other rashes anywhere.
Thank you for helping. I am just wondering how i got this and what i can do.
