Penis Problems- Spots

hello doctor i have a problem with my penis, i had un protected intercourse a while back and it hasent really effected me but over the months tiny things have appeared such as these spots, i dont think its somthing to do with an STD but il post a picture for your viewing, could you also tell me if there curable, as ive been to the doctor before and she says there nothing to worry about and to stop squeezing them, i havent stopped squeezing and they still are there so im wondering if thats causing them to stay
